2. Can we customize the packages to fit our needs?


Yes, our packages are flexible. We can adjust the coverage time, add a second photographer to the Classic Combo Package, or include additional services such as drone footage or a same-day edit video. 3. When will we receive our photos and videos?




For all packages, photos are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, and videos are delivered within 6-8 weeks. If you choose expedited delivery as an add-on, we can shorten the turnaround time. The private online gallery and custom video hosting page ensure easy access to your memories.

5. Are there any travel fees for locations outside of Massachusetts?


Travel within a certain radius of our home base in Massachusetts is included in all packages. For events beyond this area, additional travel fees may apply. We will provide a custom quote based on the location of your event.


6. Do we need to provide meals for the photographers and videographers?


Yes, since our team will be working for extended hours, we kindly request that you provide meals for both photographers and videographers during your event. This ensures they have the energy to continue capturing every important moment without interruption. We usually coordinate with your caterer or planner to arrange meal timing that won’t interfere with key moments.
